FCA AWARDS: SUBMISSIONS DUE MARCH 1!
The awards competition is open to all current members of FCA, and awards will be presented at the 2016 FCA Annual Conference in Washington, DC, during the final banquet on Friday, May 13.
Please note: your organization must complete the 2016 Annual Dues Form prior to the awards deadline.



SUBMISSION DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2016
Please note: some categories require materials to be mailed if electronic files are not available, however an online entry should still be submitted. All shipped materials must be received by Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Mailing information is listed in individual award descriptions.

FCA AWARDS OF DISTINCTION
The Evin C. Varner, Jr. Fraternal Communications Award
This award honors one who performs extraordinary fraternal services, achieves peer respect and possesses a spirit of assistance and kindness.
The Marilyn Simpson Ford Distinguished Service Award
This award honors one who has diligently worked to advance the Association’s Vision and Purpose.

NOMINATION FORM: FCA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Following the application deadline, candidates will be interviewed by the Nominations Committee. A slate of candidates will be presented to the FCA Board of Directors at least one month prior to the 2016 Annual Conference. The membership at large will vote on the proposed slate at the Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. Board of Directors terms are for two years. 2016 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
(REQUIRED FOR AWARDS SUBMISSION)

If you haven't done so already, be sure to complete your Membership Renewal Form for 2016! Membership in FCA is just $300 per organization each year. This gives your organization unlimited staff involvement, discounts on our conference registrations, eligibility for FCA awards and more. Only one representative from each organization will need to fill out the form. We encourage everyone to renew early to be eligible for awards and conference discounts.
