We are an active, vibrant, passionate group that wants the best for residents, businesses and visitors of North Beach and all of San Clemente. 

As a 501c3 non-profit, the NBCA was formed in late 2012 by residents and local businesses to give our community a voice. Our goal is to keep North Beach's rich heritage of music, art, and surf culture thriving for future generations.
