2018 CCC Annual Dinner and Meeting

Party Time!
The annual meeting and dinner is a time to celebrate cycling. Enjoy a delicious meal, a short membership meeting and most importantly, time to socialize and celebrate with your friends! We'll have a DJ providing music throughout the evening. After the meeting we will kick things up a notch by opening up the floor to dancing, keeping the cash bar open and raffling off some goodies!
When and Where
Date: Saturday, January 13th, 2018
Where: Receptions, 10681 Loveland-Madeira Rd., Loveland, OH
Time: Reception Starts: 6PM, Dinner Served at 7PM, Meeting and Party immediately after dinner
Dinner Options
A cash bar will be open all night
Light fruit and cheese appetizers will be served during the reception
Dinner will include meat and vegan options
Dessert will also be provided
(Note: The vegan option must be selected when you purchase your ticket. The vegan option will not be available for those who register the day of the event at the door or for those that may change their mind and want this option while at the event).
Membership Meeting
We will review the financial results, quickly discuss important club business and present our annual awards. We will end the meeting by announcing the Board of Trustees for 2018, which you will elect via a ballot process that will be open during the reception.
Members who wish to only attend the meeting are welcome to join us at 7:45.
Raffle/Split the Pot
We are joining forces with bike shops to offer useful and valuable items for raffle. Tickets will be $1/each or 6/$5. Tickets will be sold throughout the reception and winners will be announced during the party. All proceeds will be returned to the lucky ticket holders when we ‘split the pot’.
Equipment Swap
Do you have a bike seat, working computer, or pair of cycling shoes that just didn’t work for you? Then this is for you! We will again offer the opportunity to swap/sell gently used equipment. Reminder, the CCC is not responsible the condition or quality of any items sold.
Purchasing Your Tickets
Tickets must be ordered by Weds, January 3rd, 2018. In addition to the quantity of tickets, select the type of meal you desire, either the standard or the vegan option. Remember the vegan option must be pre-ordered. Meal tickets cannot be shared. If you are only attending the meeting, please RSVP by clicking here.
Capacity Limitation
This event will be limited to the first 250 tickets purchased. Order tickets by January 3, although tickets might be available the day of the event. |
