The dollars raised cover the costs of the art program, the reading and math specialist, three academic tutors who work 1:1 with students, and many other school community efforts and costs.  Each of these affects every child at McGilvra! If we do not meet our fundraising goal, the first thing to be cut will the third academic tutor. This position is expected to support McGilvra's advanced learning program.

We encourage you to give as much as you are able, but remember that every gift makes a difference and shows the teachers, staff, and the community how much we value our school.
