APX Leadership Conference is a full day of information and workshops to help you succeed in your leadership role. We will discuss leadership strategies, fraternity and chapter operations, fraternity health and safety, working with other brothers and with alumni, whom to call for help, initiation and Ritual, and other topics. You will meet leaders from our other chapters, learn from each other, gain new ideas, and build your own network. We expect you to return to your chapters to share the information and skills you receive at Leadership Conference, and to provide the guidance and discipline necessary to run a student organization.

The 2018 Leadership Conference is being hosted by the Olynthius Chapter at the University of Maryland, at Tawes Hall, across the street from the Architecture Building, on October 5-7, 2018.  

Schedule
Friday, October 5 is a travel day for people coming into town from around the country.  There are no planned events for Friday.  Saturday is a full day of Leadership Conference, and we have a lot going on!  We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and then you can explore the University of Maryland and College Park on your own in the evening.  Washington, DC is a short ride away on Metro.  Sunday is a travel day back home to your chapters.  Make sure to take travel time and arrival time into account when you register and provide your flight time preferences. 

Accommodations for LC 2018 are at the College Park Marriott, on the campus of the University of Maryland.  The LC team will make room arrangements for Worthy Architects and presenters.  Alpha Rho Chi covers the cost of registration (reimbursable after attending the full program), travel and lodging for our WAs.  Other collegiate brothers and colonists attending LC may reserve rooms at the Marriott or at any other nearby venue.  If you have any requests or restrictions regarding your room accommodations, please specify them on the registration form or contact leadership@alpharhochi.org.  Travel and lodging are not reimburseable by Alpha Rho Chi for other attendees, but some schools may provide a stipend or other reimbursement, so check locally to see if this is an option.  Registration for collegiate brothers is only $25 per person.
