Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Alpha Epsilon, Chi Delta, and Kappa Zeta Chapters of The "Mighty" Southern Region are excited to bring you greetings for the 2022 Southern Region Undergraduate Leadership Retreat. This year's retreat will contain insightful and practical sessions that will provide tools to reinvigorate and bolster your chapter operations.

REGISTRATION - Early Bird Registration Fee: $40.00 until December 30, 2021
- Regular Registration Fee: $55.00 -- December 31 to February 15, 2022
- Online registration will close at 8:59 PM CST on February 15, 2022
- This event is IN PERSON ONLY; there is no virtual option.
- MIP Manuals can be added on to your registration at a price of $25 each
- Undergraduate Advisor Certification will be provided
- There will be no onsite registration
All attendees must be fully financial (SY 21-22) on all levels to attend (Local, Regional, International). Financial status will be verified prior to the conference. Those not fully financial will be notified of cancelled regiistration. Registration fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATION PRE-REGISTRATIONS
FRIDAY FEBRUARY 25, 2022
Certifications will be offered on Friday February 25, 2022 from 6 PM to 9 PM. These certifications will be onsite and require conference registration to attend. You will need to pre-register for these certifications; there will be no on-site registrations.

The Academic Award is given to sorors who have maintained a 3.0 or higher GPA. Undergraduate sorors, please submit this form along with an unofficial transcript by February 4, 2022.

Z-HOPE PROJECT
Each chapter is encouraged to participate in the Undergraduate Leadership Retreat Z-HOPE Project.
Point System (for undergrads only): For every 25 items, chapters will earn 25 points.
50 items= 50 points, 100 items= 100 points
Monetary donations: $50= 50 points and 1 point for each $1 given after that.

FAQs
Q: How much does it cost to register for ULR?
A: There is a $40 registration fee until December 30, 2021 and $55 registration fee from December 31, 2021 - February 15, 2022. The fee for MIP Certification is $25 (includes virtual and hard copy of the MIP Manual). There will be no onsite registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. NO EXECPTIONS.
Q: Is the conference virtual or in person?
A: This retreat is only in person. There is no virtual option at this time.
Q: What is the attire?
A: The attire for Friday is Zeta paraphernalia. The attire for Saturday is Zeta Business Casual. Dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes. Please remember this is a Zeta event and we should represent Finer Womanhood at all times. Our colors are the order of the day.
Q: What should I bring?
A: You should bring the following:
- Great attitude
- Snacks
- Registration confirmation
- Sweater or light jacket in to accommodate the temperature of the rooms
- Pen and paper for taking notes
- Fully charged electronic devices
- Zeta reference materials

By registering for the Southern Region Undergraduate Leadership Retreat each registrant consents to being photographed and/or videotaped, and publication of any images in any form and by any form of media. By registering for the conference, registrant releases the Southern Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. from all claims, demands and liabilities related to all images.
